- Include your account email and any relevant IDs (order, transaction, wallet).
- Attach screenshots or PDFs of errors (redact sensitive data like full card numbers or seed phrases).
- For payout questions, share the method (card/e-wallet), date/time, and last 4 digits of the card (never the full number).
- For security concerns, change your password and enable 2FA immediately.
