What is GainGerms?General

GainGerms is a cryptocurrency. A key goal is high transaction throughput for everyday payments. Traditional blockchains such as Bitcoin (~7 TPS) and Ethereum (~15 TPS) can be constrained for retail-scale usage; the GainGerms platform is expected to process very high volumes of transactions and aims to be a crypto-analog of Visa/Mastercard. Performance claims are forward-looking and not a guarantee.

Why are they free?Distribution

10% of the total GainGerms supply is allocated to a nonprofit organization that maintains the infrastructure. From time to time, tokens may be distributed for ecosystem growth, community programs, and testing. Distribution programs can change or end without notice.

How does the lottery work?Rewards

Each round (“tour”) has 10,000 tickets. The probability of a win for one ticket is 0.1%. Daily, a random number is drawn that determines the winning ticket. Prizes follow the published winnings table.

What is a User level?Accounts

It’s an activity indicator that helps differentiate real users from automated abuse. Advancing levels can unlock bonuses and features. Levels may reset or adjust in response to policy or fraud-prevention updates.

I uploaded a new video. How long does moderation take?Moderation

It depends on queue volume. Some videos are cleared automatically by our models; others require manual review and may take a few days. You’ll be notified when moderation is complete.


Technology

What is a smart contract?Blockchain

A smart contract is code on a blockchain that facilitates, verifies, or enforces agreements automatically—without traditional intermediaries. Smart contract transactions are transparent and, once executed, irreversible.

What does a “risky contract” mean?Risk

Some contracts require daily confirmation or a penalty may apply. Example: for a contract ending on Day 10, confirm on Days 11–14 and sign on Day 15. Regular contracts allow skipped days and can be signed within two months after completion. Always review contract terms before signing.


Account & Security

How can I delete my account?Account

Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy and select Delete Account, then follow the prompts to confirm. If you can’t access your account, email admin@gaingerms.com from your registered email to request deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and removes access to balances and history not required to be retained by law. Some data may be retained to satisfy legal or security obligations. See our Privacy Policy.
Why is my Available balance less than the dashboard balance?Payments

To combat fraud, we use deferred payouts. Earnings may move from Pending to Available after conditions are met (for example, a referral reaching Level 2). Check your Wallet → History for hold reasons and release dates.

Do I need KYC verification?Compliance

We may require identity verification (KYC) before certain actions (e.g., large withdrawals, suspected fraud, regulatory checks). If requested, follow the instructions in-app or via email. We’ll process your data per our Privacy Policy.

How can I keep my account secure?Security
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Use a strong, unique password and a password manager.
  • Beware of phishing. We’ll never ask for your password or seed phrase.
  • Only download apps or wallets from trusted sources.

Payouts & Withdrawals

What is the minimum withdrawal?Payouts

The current minimum is 5,000 GainGerms. Minimums and fees can change—always check your Wallet page for the latest thresholds.

When do I receive money to my card?Timing

After moderator review of your account, card payouts typically complete within two weeks, but may take longer in some cases. E-wallet transfers are usually faster; bank cards (VISA/Mastercard) can take additional days depending on your bank.

You don’t need to pay any fee to speed up reviews. Beware of anyone claiming otherwise. Processing times depend on compliance checks and partner banks.
Are there fees?Fees

Network fees and withdrawal fees may apply and vary by method, network conditions, and region. The exact fee is shown at the time of withdrawal.


Abuse, Fraud & Referrals

“Suspicious activity” — what does it mean?Policy

Examples include: (1) use of third-party programs; (2) scripts automating actions; (3) attempts to cheat the system. Your account may be temporarily limited and sent for review. If no further issues are found, restrictions typically lift within a few days.

Suspicious activity on my referral link — what is it?Referrals

Registering multiple accounts or spamming referral links violates our rules. We may restrict referral accruals where spam or abuse is detected. If you have a large, legitimate audience, contact support with details about your acquisition methods.

How do referrals work?Referrals

Share your unique referral link with friends who meet our eligibility rules. Rewards may be deferred until referred users reach certain levels (e.g., Level 2). Abuse, self-referrals, and incentivized spam are prohibited.
